Effect of CA on SH-SY5Y cells viability. SH-SY5Y cells were seeded onto 96-well plate at a density of 2×105 cells/well. After overnight incubation, cells were treated with 5, 50 or 100 μM of CA for 72 h and the cell viability was evaluated using MTT assay. The experiment was repeated thrice. The bars signify relative viability as compared to the control. Data is represented as mean ± SD.
