CDSS Calgary depression scale for schizophrenia, eq cpz chlorpromazine equivalent, PANSS positive and negative syndrome scale, resting motor threshold is expressed as a % of maximal stimulator output; SANS scale for the assessment of negative symptoms. Student’s t tests were used to compare demographic and clinical characteristics between the two groups. Sex and handedness proportion differences were assessed using chi-square tests. No differences were observed between patients in the active and sham groups.
