Table 2.
The results of ergonovine provocation test of radial artery in the two groups.
| D0 (mm) | D1 (mm) | Radial artery stenosis (%) | PSV0 (cm/s) | PSV1 (cm/s) | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CAS (n = 19) | 2.23 ± 0.36 | 1.47 ± 0.56 | 41.50%(35.60%,50.00%) | 33.4 ± 6.6 | 30.1 ± 5.9 |
| Control group (n = 28) | 2.15 ± 0.36 | 1.93 ± 0.49 | 11.25%(5.15%,23.00%) | 35.6 ± 7.69 | 31.5 ± 5.7 |
| P | 0.430 | 0.005 | 0.000 | 0.311 | 0.423 |
The degree of radial artery stenosis is expressed as P50 (P25-P75).
CAS: coronary artery spasm; D0: inner diameter of the radial artery before ergonovine provocation; D1: inner diameter of the radial artery after ergonovine provocation; PSV0: peak systolic velocities of the radial artery before ergonovine provocation and PSV1: peak systolic velocities of the radial artery after ergonovine provocation.
