The percentage of DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging offered by F2, its components, and standard gallic acid plotted in logarithmic regression curve against concentration and the IC50 was determined by interpolation from the logarithmic regression. The antioxidant activity is expressed in the form of IC50 value.
