Relative expression (2^-ΔΔCt) of TNF-α gene in Caco-2 cells. Cells were treated for 16 (A) and 24 h (B) with Raw-BCP, Unstarted-BCP, and Started-BCP (100 μg ml⁻¹). A set of samples were simultaneously exposed to LPS 10 μg ml⁻¹. The relative expressions of TNF-α gene in the untreated cells (negative control) and cells treated only with LPS (positive control) were also reported.
