CD8⁺ Trm cells in the CNS include a subset of proliferating cells. Two groups of C57BL/6 mice were inoculated with AdIi-GP i.c. and half of the mice were administered EdU in their drinking water as indicated above. Brains were harvested at day 7 and 60 post i.c. (A) Representative plots of 2–5 mice/group at each time point, showing the percentage of CD8⁺—and antigen specific (tetramer⁺) CD8⁺ T cells positive for EdU.
