AKT1 phospho-form selectivity-based sequence logos. Sequence logos for (A) pAKT1S473, (B) pAKT1T308, and (C) ppAKT1T308,S473 are based on the enzyme selectivity values (Table 2) for each peptide in our targeted library of putative AKT1 substrates. The entropy values are linearly related to enzyme selectivity (see Table 2, Methods). The phosphorylation site is denoted by the 0 position. Sequence logos were created using the WebLogo server (Crooks et al., 2004).
