Accelerated humoral reactivity to EBNA-1 and enhanced reactivity/cross-reactivity between EBNA-1 and Sm in mCD40-LMP1 Tg mice. Sera collected at days 10, 28, and 56 (A, B) or day 56 only (C, D) post-immunization with either EBNA-1 (A, B) or Sm (C, D) were assessed for EBNA-1 (A and C, 1:1,000 serum dilution) and Sm (B and D, 1:100 serum dilution). Antibody response from mCD40-LMP1 Tg mice was compared to that of CD40 WT mice and CD40^-/- mice ( Figure 2 ).
