by calpain
inhibitors. Quantitative analysis of immunoblots of ipsilateral hemispheres
of WT and ALDH2–/– mice 24 h post-mTBI with or without 5 or NYC-438 (10 mg/kg i.p.)
and probed with ZO-1 (A), occludin (B), claudin-5 (C), and eNOS (D).

analysis. All protein was normalized to the housekeeping protein,
