Genetic fingerprint results of the 25 active pure cultures isolated with DTE. The strains were divided into 3 different groups showing similar isolates among them: I (green bar), II (blue bar) and III (red bar). Strains from groups I and II were identified as the species Labrenzia alexandrii and the only one from group III was identified as a L. aggregata, based on their 16S rRNA gene sequence analyses. The scale bar indicates percentage of similarity.
