Rosette leaves of 4-week-old Col-0 plants were syringe infiltrated with Pst DC3000 suspensions (OD₆₀₀ = 0.001 in 10 mM MgCl₂). Expression patterns of PR1 were used as a positive control. (b and c) Leaves of 4-week-old Col-0 plants were sprayed salicylic acid (1 mM) or methyl viologen (10 µM).
