Comparison of “total” lipids (in % ww) obtained from the modified Smedes [46] extraction (MSE, this work) and from Twisselmann [65] extraction for 12 different EU-regulated food samples of animal origin. A log-log plot was chosen to improve visibility of narrow spaced data points. See Table 4 for method comparison bias values.
