CircUSP36 regulates ox-LDL-mediated HUVEC injury and inflammation by targeting miR-20a-5p. (A) The efficiency of miR-20a-5p inhibition was examined by RT-qPCR. HUVECs exposed to ox-LDL were transfected with miR-20a-5p inhibitor, miR-NC inhibitor, si-circUSP36 + miR-20a-5p inhibitor or si-circUSP36 + miR-NC inhibitor. (B and C) Cell cycle distribution and cell apoptosis were investigated by flow cytometric assay (n=3). (D and E) Cell migration and invasion were assessed by Transwell assay (n=3).
