Effects of PSH on U251 cells are partly exerted through the inhibition of ARA3. (A) PSH inhibited the protein expression levels of ARA3. (B) cells were treated with CI-IB-MECA or MRS1220 together with PSH for 48 h, and the protein was isolated for western blotting. Effects of 48-h co-treatment with 15 µM CI-IB-MECA or 1 µM MRS1220 and 100 µg/ml PSH on U251 cell (C) viability and (D) apoptotic rate.
