The Y217N mutation in ACE2 alters the cell surface localization of ACE2.A, HEK 293T cells were plated in 6-well plates and transfected with the indicated plasmids when the cells were 90% confluent. Then, the transfected cells were detached and treated without or (B) with Triton X-100. Then, the cells were stained with an anti-ACE2 antibody (FITC-conjugated).
