Fig. 7 — The expression of miRNAs in the chrXq27.3 miRNA cluster, which were abundant in primary ovarian clear cell carcinoma (OCCC), decreased in recurrent/metastatic OCCC. Moreover, their expression was also negative in several patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models and cell lines. In ES-2 cells, miR-509-3p and miR-509-3-5p reversed cisplatin resistance by coordinately regulating the expression of YAP1.
