There are obvious differences between the SEP3MI WT protein versus the mutant proteins SEP3MI R3A and SEP3MI R3K. In these cases the values for the Jenson–Shannon divergence are high. There are no clear differences between either replicates (1)/(2) or between the two mutant proteins, which can be seen from low values for the Jenson–Shannon divergence
