The slope of a linear fit to variance (${\sigma }^2$) vs. average DN is 1/gain while the read noise is the offset. Full-well occurs at the signal level where variance deviates from a linear relationship with average DN (Janesick et al. 1987). All photon transfer curves were measured at 110 mm (${\mathit{zoom}}_{mc}=9600$). Gain and full well are found to remain constant with temperature, to within error. Read noise is consistent as well, but may increase slightly at colder temperatures
