Association of Janus kinases with cytokine receptors and downstream effects of JAK-STAT signaling pathway activation. Janus kinase (JAK) family members include JAK1, JAK2, JAK3, and tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2). Different JAK combinations with their subsequent downstream effects, each mediated by a specific subset of cytokines are represented.
