Table 1.

hDAT and hDAT-palm cluster properties. The cluster number and cluster size for the different dimers is given for the system with ( +) and the system without (−) palm. The dimers relative orientation is given by the ϕ1 and ϕ3 angle (see Fig. 2a) and the average ΔLASA for the different dimer interfaces is listed. Notice that some clusters come in pairs e.g. cluster 7,8 due to symmetry considerations, which is elaborated upon in the Methods section under clustering.
