(A) Apoptotic cells were stained with a TUNEL apoptosis detection kit in control group, G-Rg1(4 mg/ml) control group, G-Rg1(4 mg/ml) + RPA(1 mg/kg) group and G-Rg1(4 mg/ml) + 3-MA(1 mg/kg) group at 24 h after the CCl₄ injection.
