Curves show the probability of remaining relapse-free at different time points for patients receiving combined tacrolimus and low-dose steroid compared with those receiving high-dose steroid. Data for patients without relapse up to the last visit day, who were lost to follow-up or were withdrawn from the study, were censored. Tacrolimus and low-dose steroid: tacrolimus 0.05 mg/kg twice daily combined with prednisolone 0.5 mg/kg per day. High-dose steroid: 1 mg/kg per day prednisolone.
