Rate constants are reported at T0 = 37 °C. Equilibrium Tm values were extracted from two-state fits of slow scanning (0.2 °C min−1) thermal melts monitored at 295 nm (Supplementary Figure S10). Errors were calculated using a Monte-Carlo approach (87).
