Catalpol improved OGD/R induced neuronal injury by upregulating miR-142 in vitro. BV-2 cells were transfected with antagomiR-142 in the presence with CTP (0, 5 and 10 μM), following subjected to OGD/R. (A) The expression of miR-142 was determined by qRT-PCR. (B) Cell viability was assessed using CCK-8 assay. (C and D) Apoptosis was measured using flow cytometry. (E) ROS generation was calculated using 2,7-DCF-DA staining kit. (F and G) The contents of MDA and SOD were measured by commercial kits. (H–K) The inflammatory cytokines including TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-10, were evaluated by ELISA assays.
