SIRT1 is target of miR-326 and miR-487a-3p in HK-2 cells. (A) Predicted binding sites of SIRT1 with miR-326 and miR-487a-3p using StarBase system. (B) Luciferase reporter was used to determine the interaction between SIRT1 and miR-326 as well as miR-487a-3p.
