Circ_0006174 inhibition suppressed the proliferation, migration, invasion and promoted apoptosis in CRC cells. (A) Circ_0006174 expression in CRC cells and the normal colon epithelial cells was detected by RT-qPCR. (B and C) HT29 and SW620 cells were transfected with sh-NC, sh-circ #1, sh-circ #2 or sh-circ #3, respectively. And the expression of circ_0006174 and its linear transcript RAD23B were evaluated by RT-qPCR. (D and E) Cell viability of CRC cells transfected with sh-circ#1 or sh-NC was detected by CCK-8 assay. (F and G) Clone formation assay was used to test the proliferation of CRC cells transfected with sh-circ #1 or sh-NC. (HK) Transwell assay was used to assess the migration and invasion abilities of CRC cells transfected with sh-circ #1 or sh-NC. (L and M) Flow cytometry assay was performed to evaluate the effect of circ_0006174 knockdown on the apoptosis of CRC cells.
