Peritoneal B-1 cells were submitted to irradiation and cultivated for 3 days in the presence or not of quercetin (100 μM). These cells were inoculated i.p. in NOD/SCID mice. After 24 and 72, peritoneal cells were collected and the amount of B-1 cells recovered was analyzed. (A) Number of viable B-1 cells. (B) Relative expression of miR15a/16.
