Lack of effect of Azan-7 in S. epidermidis cultures. (A) S. epidermidis (106 CFU/mL) were cultured in presence of Azan-7 (100 μM) or 0.05% DMSO (vehicle). Bacterial growth was evaluated 16 h later by measuring the optical density (OD) at 600 nm. Data are reported as mean ± SEM (n = 3).
