CIM-grown microcalli with a diameter of 1–2 mm were transferred to three different media for shoot regeneration. After 3-week incubation, shoot regeneration rate was calculated as the percentage of calli with emerging shoots relative to the total number of calli with a size of > 1 mm in a diameter. Data represent the mean ± SEM of biological triplicates
