HPGDS responsible for the synthesis of 15d-PGJ₂ is transiently upregulated during spontaneous resolution of dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced colitis. (A) Mice were administrated with drinking water containing 2.5% DSS for 7 days, followed by normal water for 15 days. “No DSS” indicates mice without DSS administration.
