Inhibition of HPGDS leads to the failure in resolution of DSS-induced intestinal inflammation. (A) Mice were given with drinking water containing 2.5% DSS for 7 days, followed by normal water for another 10 days. HQL-79 (30 mg/kg) was administrated orally for 10 days every other day. (B) The survival rate, (C) the change in the body weight, and (D) DAI score were monitored every day during the experiment period. The survival rate of the mice was expressed by using Kaplan–Meier plot. (E) The colon length was measured when mice were sacrificed. All data represent mean ± S.D.
