Inhibition of HPGDS leads to the failure in resolution of DSS-induced intestinal inflammation. (A) Mice were given with drinking water containing 2.5% DSS for 7 days, followed by normal water for another 10 days. HQL-79 (30 mg/kg) was administrated orally for 10 days every other day.
