(A) Following transduction with lentiviral vectors expressing miR-874-3p mimic or inhibitor for 24 h, and treatment with 10 µM testosterone for 24 h, western blotting was performed to detect the protein expression levels of p53 and acetylated p53 in mouse GCs. Cells in the control group were treated with 0.1% DMSO for 24 h.
