Dose dependent decrease of locomotor activity following e-nicotine exposure. (a) The locomotor activity of 10 flies/group vs time. The number (percentage) of flies that reached a height of 7 cm in 10 s following the exposure to different concentrations of nicotine as compared to the water-exposed controls was recorded (b) Experimental outline, female flies were exposed to 5 mM of volatilized nicotine for 8 times once per an hour, thereafter, the flies were mated with the males of the same age and their offspring were analysed across the timeline.
