Immune cell populations in the mouse ovary were significantly decreased by ASC ablation. Percentage and number of B cells (A), T cells (B), CD4+ (C), and CD8+ T cells (D), NK1.1+TCRβ- NK cells (E), CD11b+ cells (G), and F4/80+CD11b+ macrophages (H) present in ovaries from 9-month-old WT and Asc^−/− mice. n = 3–5 per cohort.
