Effect of cambinol on the proliferation of RPMI8226 and U266 cells. RPMI8226 and U266 cells were cultured with cambinol for 24 and 48 h, and then cell proliferation was assessed using a Cell Counting Kit-8 assay. (A) Proliferation of RPMI8226 cells was significantly inhibited by cambinol in a dose-and time-dependent manner. The IC₅₀ was 77.24 µM for 48 h. (B) Proliferation of U266 cells was significantly inhibited by cambinol in a dose-and time-dependent manner. The IC₅₀ was 79.23 µM for 48 h. For time-dependent (48 vs. 24 h) analysis with the same drug concentration between two groups, an unpaired two-sample t-test was used, **P<0.01, ***P<0.001. For the dose-dependent analysis at 48 h between multiple groups, one-way ANOVA with Bonferroni post hoc analysis was used, ^##P<0.01, ^###P<0.001.
