3D representation of the dataset. (A) 3D representation of a nuclei-labeled Huh-7D12 spheroid cleared with Sucrose optical clearing protocol. For visualization, a square (110 × 110 × 300 µm) from the middle part of the original spheroid was extracted. (B) For all the five clearing protocols, the same area was extracted from all the three cell lines. The scale bar represents 100 µm. The images were taken and visualized with a LAS X microscope software developed by Leica.
