Some patients had multiple diagnoses.
For patients with highly probable tuberculosis, 16 (18%) had pulmonary tuberculosis, 64 (72%) had extrapulmonary tuberculosis, and nine (10%) had both.
Some patients had tuberculosis at multiple anatomical sites.
