Effect of DON on apoptosis-related gene expression. The expression of bcl-2 mRNA was decreased, and the expression of bax, bid, p53 mRNA were dose-dependent increased with the increase of DON concentration, these effects were greatest when DON concentration was 1000 ng/mL. Caspase-8 inhibitor ZIF increased the expression of bcl-2 mRNA and decreased the expression of bax, bid, p53 mRNA.
