Effects of DON on the transcription activities of AIF and P53. Cells were treated for 24 h with different concentrations of DON (0, 125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 ng/mL, ZIF, 1000 ng/mL DON + ZIF). DON was dose-dependent increased the transcriptional activities of AIF and P53 in PHNCs, these effects were greatest when DON concentration was 1000 ng/mL.
