Immunofluorescence assay in immortalized porcine kidney macrophages (IPKM). IPKM cell cultures were mock-inoculated or inoculated with Armina07, Kenya05/Tk-1, and Espana75 isolates (MOI = 0.1), fixed at 16 h post inoculation, and incubated with FITC-conjugated anti-ASFV antibodies to detect the viral particles. The left and right columns show differential interference contrast (DIC) and fluorescence images, respectively. The images are representatives from five independent experiments.
