Broad bandwidth excited AMARES fit peak amplitudes and broad and narrow bandwidth excited spectral magnitude area under the curve ratios (AUCr) of [1-13C]alanine and [1-13C]pyruvate over [1-13C]lactate (Ala/Lac and Pyr/Lac), summed starting from the frame with the initial appearance of hyperpolarized [1-13C]lactate signal to the end of acquired data (frames 32 to 150). Two human pancreatic cancer (PSN1) tumors were each measured with one of the methods. The corresponding data summarized here are also shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3.
