Distribution of nicotine in mice vaccinated IM/IN after a mucosal nicotine challenge. IM/IN vaccinated mice were challenged with 0.09 mg/kg of nicotine by an IN instillation of 10 µL per nare. After 10 min the mice were euthanized by a cardiac exsanguination and organs were collected for nicotine distribution analysis.
