Distribution of nicotine in mice vaccinated IM/IN after a systemic nicotine challenge. IM/IN vaccinated mice were challenged with 0.09 mg/kg of nicotine by an IC injection of 100 µL. After 5 min the mice were euthanized by a cardiac exsanguination and organs were collected for nicotine distribution analysis.
