Correlation of induced regulatory T cells (iTreg) between cord blood of children and maternal peripheral blood of their mothers. Characteristics of Treg cells in cord blood of male (n = 76) and female (n = 86) children of healthy (n = 80) and allergic (n = 82) mothers were measured using flow cytometry and correlated with characteristics in maternal peripheral blood, utilizing Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
