Bioactivity of a series of linear, cyclic and N-methylated mini-hepcidins. FPN-GFP expression was induced with doxycycline (50 ng/mL) for 24 h, and HEK293:T-RExTM-FPN-GFP cells were then treated with the respective peptides for another 24 h, after which FPN-GFP expression was quantitated by flow cytometry.
