Effect of compound 1 on cell viability in HaCaT keratinocytes induced oxidative stress with H₂O₂. (A) Cells were treated with H₂O₂ (100–500 µmol/L) for 1 h. (B) Cells were pre-treated with compound 1 (12.5, 25, and 50 µg/mL) prior to exposure to 500 µmol/L H₂O₂ for 24 h. After the treatment, the percent cell viability was measured using the MTT assay.
