Total B cells and ABCs from old mice secrete higher amounts of IgG antibodies with autoimmune specificities as compared to those from young mice. a. B cells were stimulated for 7 days with CpG, then the supernatants were collected and IgG antibodies specific for MDA (left) and for adipocyte-derived antigens (right) were measured by ELISA.
