Indications Contraindications
  • Persistent symptomatic partial retear after repair

  • Primarily neurologic history and physical examination

  • Evidence of chronic partial tear clinically

  • Deep gluteal syndrome

  • Retearing of the proximal hamstring on imaging

  • Active infection

  • Failure of extensive conservative management

  • Allergy to polylactic acid
