Pulmonary delivery of FICZ attenuates acute CS-induced lung neutrophilia. (A) Administration of FICZ via intranasal delivery (IN) significantly increased pulmonary Cyp1a1 mRNA expression (n = 3 mice per group). This route of delivery also significantly decreased the number of total cells (B), macrophages (C) and neutrophils (D) in the BAL in response to CS (*p < 0.05; **p < 0.01).
