Percentage of protein sequences encoded in the genome predicted to be zinc binding by ZincBindPredict for an assortment of bacterial genomes. Genomes were acquired from ensembl [25] in the form of translated polypeptide sequences, with a sequence labelled as zinc binding if any of the ten models finds at least one zinc binding site for that sequence/family combination.
